We have one member racing Ironman Switzerland today.  Chris Jenkins.

7.2 mile swim, 335 mile Bike, 78 mile run, now that's a long race and i still enjoyed it!!!!!!!

Thanks guys. It was a massively memorable day and has made me love what we do even more. I love the saying 'Pain is fleeting, failure lasts forever'. Its what kept me going on those last few miles. Something I was dwelling on was whether I would have pulled out if I had already completed an IM, as the thought of walking away from that race without my medal was far worse than any pain/nausea I was feeling. As i intend to pace all my future races better I gues we'll never know Smiley
