10th November - UEA, North Walsham

Route: 40miles
Just 4 of us out this week (John, Clare, Penny and Rob.  Wet weather and 3 punctures, 2 of which were at the same point of the route. No cafe stop. Along the way we found a country lane dual carriageway. Want to know where it is?  It can be found here.
17th November - UEA, Watton, Old Buckenham, Eaton

Route: 57miles
Nine out to play this week - Simon, John, Rob Gibson, Clare, Rob Lines, Iain, JT, Rebecca and Mick.  Cafe stop in Watton. 3 punctures again this week.
23rd December - VC Norwich - Christmas Ride

Route: 40miles
Whilst not strictly a Tri-Anglia training ride, at least 10 of us made up the 40 riders that meet up for Velo Club Norwich's Christmas ride.  There were far too many of us to ride as one group, especially on a particularly foggy day, so we split into 3 groups, rode out towards Bungay and all converged at the end of the ride on the White Horse Pub, Trowse for sausage rolls, chips, drinks and mince pies.  The route shown here is the one that the middle group followed.
29th December - Cob Webs Century

A small group of us met up for a 100mile ride to blow away those Festive Cob Webs and helpings of Christmas Pudding.  The 25+mph winds certainly helped to ensure something was blown away.  Out riding were Simon Edye, Penny Edwards, Iain Johnson, Glen Nelson (first part of ride) and Rob Lines.
